I like how that warlord came out except for the utility of the turbolasers. Kind of makes me think someone is poking him in the neck with them and he's hunching to try to keep them from hitting him because his hands are full. :) Very nice on the painting though.

Well Onyx,  I have made  a start on a new Epic Imperial Guard army (although I am in India at the momenet!).

I am using all DRM miniatures as poxys for GW, they are great models.

I will post pics when I get home and hav started on the bases.

Thanks again for the insepration.

Bunny

Every few days i repeat looking through this threat because i like your work so much! :)

Thanks guys.

Bunny - Looking forward to seeing your army mate.

mspaetauf - I mainly use Testors Dulcote to seal my minis. I also use Matt Estapol furniture varnish spray on some models (like the iron Warrior vehicles) as the Dulcote really dulls the metallic paint.

Amazing stuff Onyx. You're a machine when it comes to churning out armies. If it's OK I'd like to "borrow" your idea for the yellow/black warning stripes for my Black Templars.

Whoah!

Very nice work on the DRM "warlord" any chance you can show a photo of it beside either a current GW one or a old beattleback for size comparison.

Cheers

Oh and nice work on CAL's IW army.

I'll put a comparison pic up of the DRM Warlord soon.

Here's a few more photos of my Dies Irae.

W-o-w

You're one of a couple of people here who brings epic modelling into a whole new level This is one of the nicest things I've seen for epic and miniatures at all.

Amazing.

Stunning Chaos Imperator. Like the colour scheme- not too bright which is where many fall down.

Cheers

James

Great use of color.  The contrast provided by the windows really benefits this model.

The Warlord heads hanging off the sides are a nice touch.  :agree:
