Hmm. That sounds like a huge bother, but possibly not any worse than what I'm doing already. Maybe I'll give it a try.

Well it's not quite the weekend, but observing POETS day meant that I was just able to get a shot in while it was still light.

(Click for larger image.)I've made a start on some Scout snipers but haven't got much painting done this week as (a) I've been quite busy, and (b) I've been working on converting some character models. It may be a while before I get around to painting some of them, so here's a preview:

(Click for larger image.)I'm glad I've managed to get some conversions into this army; I always like to have at least a few figures that are completely unique. I know that a lot of the vehicles are technically conversions but I'm not certain whether just filing off the bolters and gluing some pre-made 3D prints onto the top really counts as 'proper' converting.
