I only sculpted 1 skull :) then i just made a conical hollow in some sculpy and pressed the sculpted skull in around the edges to make a press mould for a pile of skulls. Does not GS cast very well though (have to go back and redefine detail with a pin/sculpting tool) and the press mould broke almost instantly :P

Haven’t really had any time for hobby stuff recently (it’s only been, what – 2 months since this thread's last update? :-[ ), but I did manage to make some basic clump flock BMs this week. These were going to be 1BM markers (on 5ps, with 3BM on 3ps) but they came out too large, so I might use there for 3BM and try something different for 1BM.

Yep it's been kicking about on the desk for a while now, not really sure what to do with it. I was pleased with it at the time and the core shape is good, but two years on it doesn't really cut it for me any more as it is very under-detailed. I know i could do better now, but at the same time can't be bothered :D and im too tight to get the FW one.

Turn it into a nice terrain piece if you are unhappy with the detail. It's big enough to take up a good chunk of space and with some broken ground or the like around it could make a pretty cool crash site.

Ooo, why didnt i think of that? :D good thinking, something that big would leave a pretty impressive scar/trench behind it as well on crashing.
