Ironwind metals have been producing some new 6mm infantry for Battletech.

Some of it is really unique. I don't own any of these but Battletech is on the big side of 6mm just like GW Epic miniatures.

I have some old battletech figs that came on the strips and they are more like 10mm scale figs.

yeah, i rather suspect they'll be too big, they certainly look like it from the pictures
but if not, they have some potential (not cheap though...)

I'd put them between 10 and 15mm given the price and the amount of detail on them.

Yeah, those are big. If you've ever seen the Mechwarrior Clix model infantry, it's that size, which tends to skew tall and thin for 6mm. People would be almost the size of old-style Imperial dreadnoughts.

Just as a clarification these are not meant to be compatible with the Dark Age Mech Warrior stuff. Those plastic minis are clearly 10mm or bigger. These are Iron Wind metals line which goes with the Classic battletech line. That line is about the same as Epic GW. I do not own any of the infantry, but the origianl infantry they had back in the day was 6mm.

I will try get some ordered as I have a Iron wind order for some tanks planned for next year. I'm curious how big they are as well. For the benefit of the Epic community of course

Here is an image of some. That lip is 5mm thick and the base is an 1 1/4 inch across.
