The lower leg armor really isn't flared enough (to match the previous WLs). Either make it wider at the bottom or make it narrower at the top.

I also generally think the lower leg is too short compared to the upper leg (again, relative to the previous WLs).

Yes. Lower leg should be longer and wider at the bottom. Perhabs the whole legs should be longer? The FW Reavers legs are nearly 2/3 the size of the titan (without the carapace weapon)
Need kneecaps as FW Reaver has.
Lower leg armour should go all around as FW Reaver has.
Front(and rear?) toe should rise up to 2/3 of the chin armour other toes to the half.
Not sure if the upper legs should have armour platings.

I'd agree and suggest both a little narrower on top and wider on the bottom.

Great progress  :)

Lower leg armour will be manipulated to make it look right.
Kneecaps has already been commented on.
Lower Leg armour does go all around, then has a seperate additional plate on the front to emulate all warlord designs so far.
All previous warlords have had thigh armour, so that stays.
As to size and location of the toes: Bigger front and back toes is an interesting idea, do you think the inside and outside ones should be same size as eachother?

I'm in a bit of agreement about the length of the lower leg here, will raise the entire upper pieces a little to extend it I think, I'll do a piccy . . .

Looking almost obscenely good. The legs look great - perhaps a mite thinner at the top to match the thigh plates?

The only part I don't think is the best thing ever is the weapons (which I realise aren't finished, but that's why I'm bringing it up!) Okay, they're quake cannons, but they still look odd. Any chance of making your titan with the default Warlord weapon fit? Apologies if it has already been discussed (big thread!)

Great work! Do you have an idea about final height of the reaver titan ?

Do you mean the default Lucius warlord fit? Gatling Blaster, Volcano Cannon, and double Laser Blasters?

I'll be making:

Volcano Cannon
Quake Cannon
Plasma Destructor
Barrage Missile Launcher (This will be very similar to the old style and is just to play around as the warlord now mounts the same Apocolypse Missile Launcher that the reaver has)
The smaller weapons will be direct from E&C, waiting on his lovely Plasma Blastgun now. :p
When E&C tackles the Medium Walking robot, more weapons will be built, then it will be possible to make the "standard" loadout.

Sorry if I'm missing something, the standard loadout won't be available til Evil and Chaos finishes the Reaver?  Will it only be the Gatling blaster missing, as E&C is making the laser blasters I think?

Personally it might be a deal-breaker if the standard loadout wasn't available from the off.  I know E&C has other projects in between the small and medium walking loadout so it could be a while before that gatling blaster is finished.

Don't mean to be a party-pooper, because I'm fully behind you both and these are going to be some incredible models, but I personally am generally only interested in standard loadouts (for now anyway).  I might get a reaver powerfist though as it is awesome.

Just a thought, could other weapons be available as 'bitz packs' later on?

Here's lengthened legs:

Weapons - the only reason I'm not tackling a Gatling Blaster sooner is because I havn't got the money to buy one from forgeworld and accuracy is a major factor in the scaling process, I could concievably make a different variant Gatling blaster, but it would look different to the Reaver's.

What would people think of such a weapon?

Looks better :)

On toes: makes left and right toe go up the middle of the lower leg armour and front (and rear?) toe up to 2/3 of the lower leg armour. That would mimic the Reavers toes.

I'd much rather wait! If the titan was initially only supplied with 3 weapons then yeah I could see the problem, but so long as there's at least a full weapons loadout at release the titan could easily be proxied as the standard weapons fit surely? I'm assuming a lot of people will use some kind of magnetised weapons to have adjustable options for flexibility for different games and lists no?

The Gatling Blaster could be done properly then and added when done, judging by the speed with which E&C has done the hound I don't imagine the medium walking robot will take him that long.

Scaled down, the new FW Reaver would stand about 3 1/3 inches tall, that's 84mm.
This guy is gonna be between 100mm and 116mm depending on scaling aesthetics when it's done. 4 - 4 1/2 inches.

And with Kneecaps: These are very rough, just single surfaces stuck in the right place, gives an impression though.
