The Hubries really came up looking the part, I didn't think they would fit that well from looking at unpainted ones.
I am really looking forward to having a game against these guys.

Money is always an issue here unfortunately... ? My tax refund only went this far. To have more Drones, I would have needed to drop something else.
Thanks guys for the comments, much appreciated ? .
Back to painting my brothers Krieg army. He wants to use them during his holiday (and I might actually start getting more regular games in ? )

Please excuse the double post but I need to share my pain!
I do all my hobby stuff out in the workshop/garage. I've only been doing Epic stuff (this time around, not counting the late 80's) since the beginning of the year. I've been storing most of my minis out there aswell.
Well I live in Perth, Western Australia and it gets pretty hot here (we just had the hottest November on record). I know most of you are northern hemisphere residents but down here its summer and definately warming up.
Here's the proof -

?
I'm very lucky as this lot was stored with the rest of my I.G. army but only these bits were effected. Very close call.
Needless to say, all armies are out of the heat now. Weird that my Lord of the Rings minis have never melted and I've been painting them out there for over 2 years now.
Maybe I'll have to talk the missus into letting me have airconditioning out there ? ? .

Whoa! How hot is there? You definately need air conditioning system. Luckily not too many minis got affected.

Funny, that - here in Malta we get temperatures up to 40centigrade, and that never happened. Or was it hotter still? Could be that the bases were effected (and LOTR not) because of the different type of plastic. Judging by the way they bent, it seems they expanded and then contracted again on cooling, but the troops and basing material (or more likely, the adhesive used) resisted that contraction resulting in the warping of the bases.
