Those last three buildings look interesting. What are they? 40K bits?

Now that is some good thinking. Think I have a load of those bits scattered about which I can add to the building pool.

So are gaming night got pushed back one week but that's good as I have no air support. To remedy that i threw this together; counts as storm eagle. ;D

I've been exploring basing options as I don't have any long bases and did some further test pieces.... I quite like the look and it helps economize on the minis
tactical and devastator squads

I used to think the same thing but then i figured that these are space marines, the elite, 1= 20.
6 man squads work for me. :) My opinion though.

I did my eldar aspects 3 to a base - mainly economy, aesthetics and the same argument about elites etc.

Must admit, i found that although they look fine close up they look a bit lost on the table. The guardians i did 4 to a base and that still looks like a "squad" on the table while still avoiding the bunched up "conga line" close up ;)

Of course marines are a fair bit bulkier to start with.
