.36mm at their base and .2mm at the top.

Probably too thin, IMO, I'd try and double those measurements.

The undercut is .9mm.

Fine for resin.

Too fragile to survive the casting process I think.

I do often use 0.2mm details, but never projected very far from the surface.

Sorry, I should have kept you abreast of the development on mine. As E&C says, my final design has been submitted for printing, but it contained a lot of elements based on your design, not least the central obelisk. I made some concessions for easy printing and casting, making it one piece with a flat bottom which allows me to keep the price of resin copies significantly down. I kept and extended my steps, as I think they enhance the "solar temple" stylistic idea.

I quite enjoyed this collaborative back-and-forth design effort, and it's pretty cool that we both came up with pretty similar final designs  :handshake:

Yeah, collaborative design can be fun, but you just have to be careful it doesn't end up as committee design :) Thanks for posting the final version too. I don't want there to be competing designs, and since this is your baby, I'll pull mine from general circulation. Not to say I won't have a few copies made for myself though :)

E&C: I think they only stick out from the model .17mm.

I work in blue as I find it easier on the eyes, especially since the mesh is shown in white on top of it. I mostly work as a single mesh at the vertex level rather than booleaning objects together, so I need good visibility on the mesh as I work. Also it's of course the colour printapart print in.
