If you're going to go for the popular choice of a non-ordered war vehicle I wouldn't suggest going for any for just one particular power - they have models already for one thing (particularly the Khorne ones which have loads) and would have more limited appeal. Plus having the old Daemon Engines now just be super-heavy tank variants as those photos have rather than being all new vehicles is just boringtastic.

Would you actually be able to get sketch 2 to cast? For me the best bit is the delicate thin needly gun bits with the circle around them and the fans and that, it has the weirdness of some warp spawned mechanism, but it just looks too thin to come out. Just a sluggy thing with a few guns at the front wouldn't be so interesting.
Hellfire cannons would be useful to all powers and could be a good thing to make ruleswise - they're basically a great big powerful canon/gun. I second Kev's thought that sketch 3 looks like the best design if you're only making one - it could be a good proxy for a Hellfire Cannon (or possibly even a LaTD/traitor Leman Russ), but could also equally see use in an Ork army, so wider appeal.

Love Non ordered war machines 1 and 3. These could fit in well in any LaTD or Non-ordered force and have no specific alignment to them.

Well, I'm not going to do them all. Engine #2 was rejected for that very reason - impossible to figure out how to resin cast those weird bits. I could approximate it, though.

Sketch 2 kinda looks like it ended up becoming the Nurgle Blight Drone in the end.

Non-ordered sketch 1, that thing looks awesome.

Maybe a second poll to determine which non-ordered vehicle to do? :D.

I'm going to do number 1. It makes me feel happy, for certain values of happy. When I get bored with it, I'll make the Enforcer chassis.

Obviously the tracks will have to be a second (or third?) piece. I will make the docking section compatible with 2 sets of petite crabe legs, so this thing could conceivably be built as either tracked or walking.

Whenever the caster spins up crabes, the piece count isn't always 1:1, and I have begun to have an accumulation of spikey crabe legs. They're not so good to eat, though.

I have decided that the main body will be vaguely 3 cm long, 12mm wide, and 12mm tall. Rhino computes the overall volume as about 1.4 cubic centimeters. With the tread units added, it should total about 2 cc. That's about the right size for a tank equivalent.

So these will be leman russ-sized war engines? I always assumed they were to replace the existing aligned vehicles, most of which were larger than russes.

Still can't seem to locate the PDF for Nurgle Contagion doo-dads. Little help?

And it's not too late to inflate, which might be great.

Thanks, BL, very helpful. Yes, this will either proxy a Nurgle contagion tower or an undivided hellfire cannon. I guess it all depends upon how it is painted. And - the power of imagination!
