Ok, so taccom had me log in again when I tried to post this the first go-around, then purged all the stuff I entered. Awesome.
So, here goes again. Still stalled out on the razor wire and trenches, but I had some free time this weekend for arts and crafts. No army is complete without its own objective markers, so I decided to make some appropriately meaningless objectives for Baran.
The Blitz:

T&H#1

T&H#2 (...or, "at least there's a trench mortar-thingy in that trench, so the infantry company that just got hacked down by rapters didn't die for nothing, so we've got that going for us" objective):

Put together in a line. Never going to happen on the board, but I think it looks cool:

The posts on the T&H are there to facilitate measurement throughout the game. The wood is balsa with a couple of washes of the newer earthshade wash on it. The earth is Vallejo Pumice, a gritty paste made for basing. I've had this a number of years and this is the first appropriate use I've found for it. It is not a precision instrument, preferring to stick to application knives, fingers, and models over the actual base. It takes a while to dry too. It came out good here though. I painted it to match the infantry and vehicle bases I've done, unlike the trenches and razor-wire.
