Also, just to let you Irish lads know that I'm moving to Ireland this summer. Not very near any of you, but if you post here when there are any events I'll try to make it. Although I've not played a game yet due to no one playing where I currently live.

Waterford city. I have family in Dublin, so might be able to stay overnight occasionally if there are events on. I don't know if there are EPIC events, but I'm sure that are other games I'd travel for.

Is there much of an EPIC community around?

If that is the one near the penny bridge(I think) then they have great customer service. I also would be able to find it more easily. If I find myself in the position to go I'll get in touch. Of course, I've still not played a game with someone, and will have to have a better handle on the rules first.

Surprised the player levels are actually that low. There was a fair few people into Epic in Ireland last time I lived there. I guess they all either moved on or moved on to other games, since we have a smaller community there is less space for different games.

I bought a board game from them a while ago. The pieces were wrong, and the guy sorted it on the spot with the manufacturer and gave me a new copy with all the parts I needed, as I was about to leave in two days.

Never been there long beyond a look around.

I checked out warheads and will probably sign up soon. I was hoping it was Ireland wide. I'm going to have to look for a way to get in touch with other Irish players, if any.
