I'm afraid that would be the entire model
Maybe a general description of how to sculpt in such a small scale explaining even the most basic basics? I tried it a few times but failed utterly. Tried reading a bunch of tutorials but that did not help much ;/

Well, as a start point, I used a paperclip:



all the body is a layer of greenstuff over it, and just pressed the cutter to make the ribs and the mouth tentacles.
the carapace was done after the first step was dry.
I don't know if it is of any use for you... ><


For now, I've done with an art piece for inspiration (not looking close though xD)

The idea will be to paint it grey and the lictor "hiden"
But i don't know if it will look good... as it might look as plain as the one on the building...

Make it half camouflaged maybe? Like it's just shedding it's camouflage to attack.

excellent posing and a great piece. Tto give the painting more depth on the greys you could try adding some touches of blues and reds into the whole piece (bit of blue/red shading/weathering/washing into some details etc)
