How do you label the stands like that? It looks printed, is it just paper that is printed, cut out and pasted on?

It is inkjet label/sticker paper printed. That way I just had to cut them out/peel the backing off and stick them to the completed miniature bases.

I have some support weapons to finish; Rapiers, Thudd Guns, etc. They go on the empty Weapon Crew bases. I magnetized the crew bases and support weapons so I can swap them out. After that is it on to some vehicles. I am working towards a specific scenario so it will be Vindicators, Razorbacks, and some Rhinos. I have an assembled and magnetized Warhound Titan sitting on my desk staring at me, but it will have to wait :P.
