Nice painting on that Temple; I love the weathering effect :)  Nicely painted 'bird', too!

Very nice. So is the temple eldar or chaos? I can't make up my mind.

Is the "bird" a conversion?

I think the temple looks more Eldar-ish but the figure seems more Chaos.  Just because it appears more symbolic of two things interacting (bird and woman) compared to a single figure.  Not to mention the Ankh. :)  Regardless nice work, L4!

Nice work L4.

I like the fact that the temple makes the viewer question if it is Eldar or Chaos. Reminds me of something that may have been around during the fall of the Eldar.  Perhaps it is an Eldar temple dedicated to one of the chaos gods?

Well in fact the figure comes from an Eldar 40K sprue ... Striking Scorpions, IIRC. It's supposed to be a Temple Shrine. ?So it's definitely Eldar. G/W fluff on the Eldar sometimes appears to be AEgyptus, sometimes Oriental. ?I use that figure on alot of my desert terrain, since my buddy molded it, for me. The base is from old the G/W Space Fleet game. And blades are from the Ork Mega-Gargant front ram scythes . ?The Bird is long OOP. From the same company (7th Street Games) that made the Azteca/Tzeentch Titans I painted. It's not converted, but I added some details. The twin Las-cannons are from the F/W T/hawk Transport Land Raider that I posted pics of. That was looted by the Orks ... of course ! I added the square windows in the front, the pilot/gunner blisters, tail wing detail, etc. ... The ordinance under the wings is a 1/32 scale WWII German Panzerfaust with a Panzerschreck rear blast deflector, on the left wing. And a Panzerscheck AT Rocket on the right. The waist guns are old Mk.1 Shadowsword sponson turrets. ? ? Bird's camo is loosely based on the scheme of Voss's WWI Tri-plane. ?And if you note on the Russ, you'll see a WWII German Panzer Div. Insignia ... the 24th, IIRC ... ?So thanks for the kind words, Boyz ! :;):
