This could go in any of the modelling sections at first glance, but I see your point - a collection of conversin and scratchbuild stuff tutorials all stashed safely in one place. Not a bad idea. I'd emphasis tutorials, however, that way non-tutorial conversions can continue to appear in their respective sections.
As for the place - wel, if it includes all types of models it could be in the Battlecomms section, which includes just about anything. Or did you have something different in mind?

a more general...we could organise like the SG forums:
i could write:
*Conversion* - [EPIC] - Imperial Bunker
*Conversion* - [BFG] - Imperial Voss-Class Prow
*Paint Guide* - [EW] - Myrmidons
etc etc

Currently, any thread tutorials should really go in the appropriate modelling/painting board. I would rather not keep them seperated at this point. If traffic continues to increase, and demand is high, then we can re-organise later.
