This is my fourth molding and casting attempt on a hormagaunt. It sucks.
I'm going to have to increase my skills by an order of magnitude before trying again. Or maybe get a vacuum chamber.

The instrumented pattern before the first half of the pour.

Your skills with moulding are so good! I know you'll get hormagaunts looking great in no time.

You might want to at least try to build your own vacuum chamber. Cutting a hole in a piece of tupperware (or cheaper equivalent...) and jamming the business end of a shopvac in there might help.

For something so small, and using low tech processes, that looks pretty good.
It may not be up to your usual standards (which are pretty near flawless), but I'd bet alot of people would be very happy to have a horde of those on their gaming table.

I've seen the professionals doing a low-tech injection mold with resin using big syringes. Need to box your molds, but it might help?

First half of the latest mold poured last night. This is the fifth try. I analyzed my last failure and am compensating.
