Hi all,
I'm curious - how many tanks can your Ork warboss deploy in battle - or better still, how many painted Guntrukks or tank equivalents? And painted is the key here.  :alien:

I've itching to paint up all my Orky tanks, and I've realised I've got several - probably not the most (by far) here - I'd just like to know where I stand.   :confuse:

PS - whoops - missing 'y' in the catchy title....  :p
tell me how many tanks
Can your warboss deploy.....
befor the marines are impressed?

Quick count, painted, including AFVs of all types, battlewagons, Battleforts, FlakWagons, etc. ... 146 ... :alien:  And more, mostly E:A and F/W SIB ... :D

I'm sad to report my Ork Warboss can field only three painted Gutrippas.  :(  Unpainted, I'm guessing close to 100.

OK a quick overview looks something like this:

Buggies/Wartracks/Scorchas:
30

Battlewagonz/Gunwagonz/Flakwagonz/Speedstas:
Goff: 33
Sunz: 65
Bad Moonz: 19
Blood Axes: 10
Feralz: 12

Battlefortreses:
11

The there's a handfull of some 30ish tanks of various types which are still unpainteed.

Fully Painted -  wagons and fortresses, 50-60

Looted stuff which is painted but not konverted (i.e. IG that I decided to use for Blood Axe ) - 15-20

Basecoated but not detailed - another 50-60


And like most mini gamers, unpainted and (even worse) unbuilt - probably 100+  :blush:

Too bad lack of opponents never brought me to build & subsequently paint more than...

3 flak wagons
4 speedstas
1 gunfortress
12 gunwagons
9 buggies (do they count?)

Total: 19 tanks, a superheavy and 9 light

Still got 5 unpainted gunfortresses and 4 WIP gunwagons though...

Intell update - recount - 149 complete ...  But that does not count buggiez, B/Gunz, Wartrakz, Dreads, etc. !  Just AFVs ... I have 36 Warbands (using SM1 TO&Es), including SM1 thru E:A-F/Orks ...  :alien:  Datz Ah Lotz of Orksez !  :D
