Has there been any update on when the updated core rule PDFs with the 2008 Errata and FAQs changes will be up?

There has been a glitch. At Jervis' request Markconz had agreed to provide a version of the "Handbook" with the official updates only, but he and a couple of the people working with him have had substantial challenges in their personal lives. It's still moving, just slowly. No ETA as of right now.
