May scouts end their move so that enemy units are in their (10cm) zone of control? I have found no rule that would forbit that. If yes, then they could force the enemy formation to take an action including a move. So if the scouts are still near enough when the formation activates, it must not take a Sustained Fire, Overwatch, Marschal with Fire or Hold with Fire or Regroup action. If no, they must stay 10cm away from enemy units. |

That's one of the best uses for Scout units... disrupting enemy movements! |

Yes its a common tactic with scouts. Some have complained about the overall effect of it seeming a bit weird on some units (eg sentinels), but generally it's pretty accepted. |
