I had seen the assault FAQ entry when I checked, but I'm glad I didn't completely miss an answer to my question. I'm also going to assume everyone agrees with Dave, that the War Engines take an automatic point of damage, with no save allowed, correct?

We play that a WE takes an automatic point of damage on a failed dangerous terrain test and also has to check for a critical.
We also follow the 2 infantry per DC interpretation for infantry using AV's for cover. Logical and easy.
