Hi I'm after some software that will allow me to edit the test pdf files for swordwind and the like I have on my drive, largely so I can present what I think and errated list should look like for the siegemasters and also to make a directs cut one. Any software out there let me do this with some effort bar photoshop? What about acrobat itself? Or do I need something more? |

Acrobat should do it for the text and the PDF allows you to do it. |

Yes, Acrobat Professional allows it. Acrobat Reader/Adobe Reader don't AFAIK. |

Hi! Yes, you need a full version of acrobat, not just a reader to fiddle with the PDF. Primarch |

Or you can use Scribus. ?Please look at this reply to this article suggesting how it may be used. OK, so Scribus (which will run on Windows and Mac OSX) may not do the job for you, but it is $133 to $214 cheaper than Adobe Acrobat, so you may think that it's worth a shot. ?Then again, you may have the money (and aren't interested in picking up more miniatures:-)). |

You can use Jaws PDF Editor in evaluation mode for 14 days. It's no permanent solution though. http://www.jawspdf.com/download/ |

Then Scribus must be doubly attractive, as it costs nothing, and it still supported! Nah. ? ![]() |
