So I now know how many Titans i have, quesion is keep 'em as one legion or split them up?

38 Plastic Warlords (7 Painted)
01 Milk Warlord
03 Omnimech Warlords (1 Painted)
02 Emperors (what horrible models)
06 Reavers (1 Painted)
21 Warhounds (9 Painted)
02 Forgeworld Warhounds (Painted)
02 New Warhounds

Oh it turns out i swapped my 1st ed original titan some years ago, thought I still had it, damn :)

I don't have as many titans, but mine are split into two legions, one Imperial and one Traitor. I'm sure I do that since I started playing epic back in the AT days.

Well, I think if you combine a Milk Warlord with some ork clam stompas, you get some epic chowder.

Semaj:  Heh.

Javelin:  The MkII Warlord is commonly referred to as a "milkfloat" Warlord (because of the carapace shape, I think), which has apparently now be further reduced to "milk warlord."  Maybe eventually it will devolve into cockney slang and people will just call it a Silk... or something.

Mk II warlord

Edit:  Darn WGI for beating me to it.

Huh.  I kinda like that one.

I'm just happy because I scored five plastic Beetlebacks for $20 the other day.  Since I'm only able to spend $100 a month on hobby stuff, I was pretty stoked about that.  Granted, they were all busted up and painted very... interestingly... but I wasn't going to argue.  I've already put them all back together, and paintjobs are soon to follow.

Now I just have to find/build some Gargants...

I must be the odd man out. I have more Reavers then WarLords.

Every time I see someones list, they seem to have more Warlords then Reavers.

For me, it has to do with cost. Reavers were, what, $8 each when first released and I wasn't earning too much back in the AT/SM2 days. The Battle Titans box was $20 for six Warlords. Also, it seems that you can pick up Beetlebacks cheaper on ebay than Reavers.

I did give a load of Warlords away incidentally during 2nd ed as with the death of AT I couldn't see me needing them so much. Swapped for infantry and tanks before I realised how much i didn't like 2nd ed (shortly after my chapter was nicked I think :) ).

2 legions sounds good. I'll keep some ack for random Chaos conversions as well.

Reaver wise it came down to the plastics were cheaper 2 decades ago almost and reavers weren't that much cop under 1st ed. i actually only had 3, got three randomly with a bunch of guard bits off ebay.

i would base it off off how big a titan legio is

i have no idea how big they are but i looks like you could make a complete titan legio(or several)

that is just my personal prefrence cause i like to paint my models by full formation ie a full regiment of guard or a full chapter of SM

you also probalbe want to keep those that look like each other the same legion (ie a legion of the mk3 warlords and the forgeworld stuff and a legion of beetlebacks and others)

but thats just what i would do

Reavers always were a better investment under SM2 rules, and the Tl "3 for the price of 2" deal made them awesome.  Warlords would have been better if they didn't have the head and the reactor locations out front....
