I went to the store today to get me a couple of pots of paint. Apparently the store is closing down so they had a large sale of loose bits, spures etc.
Not wanting to pass on this opportunity to get some extra bitz for conversions I begain to dig through the boxes. Suddenly I came across an old bag labelled "Converted Chaos Imperator" and oh my: A complete converted Chaos Imperator titan!
All in all I left the store ?17 lighter but for that price I got the Chaos Imperator Titan, an E40k blister of Fighta Bommerz, half a MegaGargant, a couple of Knights + the two pots of paint I originally came for.
The store doesn't normally stock Epic I might add so I was very surprised at this find.
Anyway that definitely made my day so I'm a very hapy camper! ?

I shouldn't ask but I ask anyway. Is there anything interesting left or did you buy everything? I'm not expecting a Capitol Imperialis but some Chaos sprues, for example, would be nice.

I was too lazy to collect the parts to make one, although they were obtainable as a kit as some point. I do have the individual parts, so its doable, but a self contained kit is OH so much easier.
But you point stand I DONT HAVE ONE....

I'm afraid I vacumed all the Epic there was. However if you need WHFB plastic stuff there should be plenty, including most of a Siege Tower (Which is sort of Capitol Imperialis-ish)

Yup. I don't go there very often but I saw they had a sale so I thought I might as well save a buck and buy my paint there.
I was too lazy to collect the parts to make one, although they were obtainable as a kit as some point. I do have the individual parts, so its doable, but a self contained kit is OH so much easier.
If it was sold as a kit it would explain a lot. The number of chopped up Daemon engine parts is quite disturbing...
Right now I'm not sure if I want to build another Chaos Imperator. The legs have had their gothic decoration sanded off so I was thinking of maybe stealing Dysartes' idea and do a mk3 Warlord style Imperator.
The Daemon stuff can always be used to produce more Banelords...
