mmmm....was a happy Father's Day!  Had my Mom and Dad in for dinner, then played a game of Necro in the evening!  My Orlocks lost, (vs Goliath, Escher, and Delaque) but was still fun.  :D

I was pleasantly surprised to get a $25 gift certifcate from my stepdaughters. Unfortunately, I couldn't get out of working on the "honey do" list.

Heh.  I was discussing with my neighbor as we were each raking up our respective hedge clippings that Father's Day now meant "keep the kids away long enough that I can get a project done" which seemed sort of sadly UN-Father's Day... :D

Agreed. Unfortunately for me, weekends in general have devolved into time for "getting things done."  :(
