I do see the issue here...do we really want the plans for a home grown cruise missle on the internet for any terrorist to pick up? Course, you could always post the 'wrong' plan and blow up a few terrorists.... 
I suppose, tho, you might get a few innocent nuts that way also....

I think you miss the point. He is not showing them anything that can not be gotten from a good public Library here in the US.
He is just showing them how it could be done for under $5,000.
I remember the first time I found out that there are many books in the US that tell how to make a Nuke. It is not a secret per say. What is not available is the materials. (Well until some of the unaccounted stuff from the former Soviet Union gets into their hands.  )

Yeah, the material and the precision machining equipment necessary to produce the bomb. That stuff is tracked almost as rigerously as the uranium. As it should be.
