I am very sad and angry. I bid on an auction and won. I paid quickly and the seller sent them quickly.
"So what is the problem?"
Glad you asked, I opened the box and the seller had placed all the minis in one small plastic box with no pads etc. Just loose. That is right, those large, heavy metal minis in the same box loose with those poor plastic guard.
The poor guard did not stand a chance.
Want to see a sample picture of the guard stands. Here is a picture of six of the stands:

So rather then having a company of troops, I have a bunch of bitz for the bitz box.

Hi!
Will you seek redress with the seller? Seems irresponsible on his part.

That is sad. I always try to maximize packing safty when I ship, but , I do work for the Postal Service..... Anyway, not everyone is so thoughtfull. Hopefully the seller will reimburse you for a part of your loss.

Hi Dafrca - sad to see this, especially after receiving the beautifully packed troops from you last time round - metals segregated where they couldn't harm anyone, and not a model damaged. Are they repairable? With an excellent glue and lots of patience they could be saved. I had a sprue of marines with feet which snapped off when you clipped them off their sprues, no matter how careful - with the help of some superglue I managed to save them.

Since my dad sent all my stuff I gathered on e-bay for the last several months by US Airmail, I may not even get broken minis. Who would have thought anyone would send anything by regular mail to a third world country.
I have gone so far as useing brass pins and terrain to reclaim some minis. They are just so difficult to get here.
I keep my fingers crossedbut have not much hope on getting mine.

I forget where I found this graphic...some website or other offering free images....but I was using it as a backdrop for my desktop for about a year now, and it just hit me, why not use it as an avatar?
