OK, so I was feeling down about the loss of my troops (see this thread) and then I saw this auction:

So I figure this is some cosmic payback for the lost troops. ?

Sweet! That is the kind of thing I was seeing when I browsed Ebay on a daily basis. However, my financial advisor has deemed Ebay to 'Be the Devil' and therefor offlimits.

At least some sort of compensation for the damaged load...
BTW, I don't know how stupid the fella who sent the damaged minis was, I always use insulation foam to protect minis when I am transporting them. Even when I am transporting "carelessly", this usually simply means that box has one layer of foam all over inside, and the subsequent "layers" of miniatures are separated with foam sheets. Transported my entire Battlemech collection this way during move, and not one mini got damaged.
