Bought this on E-bay Link to E-bay
And it arrived this morning.
Can't believe my luck! There are at least four companys of IG here, loads of Bikes, RR, Robots, storm troopers, Ogryns ?& sentenials. 12 Rhinos and loads of SM (too many to count) plus character figures. Even some transfers...
My IG force grows and grows.

Good deal. Thats what you look for when you search ebay, not the high dollar items. Well, unless you have money to burn.

Hmm.. I was looking at that same item as well. But somehow thought that they are all based on old square bases. And then proceeded to next item.
Oh well, congrats anyway:)
P.S. I managed to buy SM1 for pretty low price. Most of the figures still in sprues..

I think Imperial guard troopers look good on square bases, gives them a more regimented look. The storm troopers can go on regular bases, the robots on pennies and the bikes are two to a two pence.
My "techie" IG regiment is coming together slowly. Just got to find a name...

Quote (furgie @ 30 2004 Sep.,19:53) | I think Imperial guard troopers look good on square bases, gives them a more regimented look. | I agree, I like my guard on Square bases. I like my Marines on the long bases.
I would have liked my Eldar on the long bases, but most were done before the long bases existed.
I have toyed with doing a small bug force when the new minis come out, those will be on pennies and based so they will look more like a horde. But for now, I will keep working on my IG.
