Saw that one a few days ago. That is moving. Do not know how it works back there, but here in California, he would have been arrested and it could include jail time depending. They call it reckless endangerment and excessive speeding. These can add fines and jail time on to the speeding fines etc. Would not want to be him, that is for sure. dafrca |
