Saw that one a few days ago. That is moving.
Do not know how it works back there, but here in California, he would have been arrested and it could include jail time depending. They call it reckless endangerment and excessive speeding. These can add fines and jail time on to the speeding fines etc.
Would not want to be him, that is for sure.

Yeah, you can't outrun the radio either....although many have tried. Just makes the cops day when they try, around here anyway. Those guys are sometimes more dangerous than the perps.
