Not quite true. I know of one person who listed some auctions where at the bottom he posted a statement like:
"Person XXXXX can not bid on this auction because they are a deadbeat who will not pay for auctions won."
Ebay closed his auctions and he received a warning.
I think the key here is that this person's ex-wife most likely did not know this was up. So she did not file a formal complaint. Other then her, who else would complain?

As I read this one, it felt fake. I wonder if it is now going to become his "style" and not real.
The first one felt real, the hate was very clear. But maybe he got so many hits he will now try and use it more.
