Hi guys,
I'm raising an E:A: Imperial Guard army, with Bikes instead of Rough Riders and Robots instead of Ogryns.
Is there anything in the fluff about a world which perhaps would produce a more mechanical guard regiment as I've outlined above?

A suggestion would be Forge Worlds ie. Tech Guard. http://www.mustangsalling.dk/techguard.htm Here's what I'm doing in that direction.
Other than that I don't see any problem in saying it is a pretty standard regiment like the Cadians which is well equipped mechanically. Basing it on a forge world does hoowever present you with the opportunity to use lots and lots of veichles (Stormblades as Shadowswords, Executioners instead of normal Russes etc.)
Cheers!

Maybe one that has been in support of the Adeptus Mechanicus with their Regiment being impacted by that.
Not sure if it is in the fluff, but it would make sense.

Quote (Xavi @ 17 2004 Sep.,15:29) | When I read something like " is this in the fluff?" I always think "don't know, but in case it isn't make it yourself" | I agree with your thought, however I also understand the desire to see if there is something already in the fluff.
I know that most of my ideas have already been done and thus if someone/something has already been developed that I can use with slight adjust me, I will.
Only when I do not find it then I make up my own story/fluff.
I know L4 would say to do what is best for me, well exploring the fluff first is fun and I like it.

TO&E = Table of Organization and Equipment
OOB = Order of Battle
