I did hear of people adding white-out to their monitors when they made a mistake!
And, to reverse things, my favourite PC error message is:
"Keyboard not detected. Press any key to continue."
(Honstly, it exists!)

I have a special relationship with the blue screen of death. In general we turn up for a chat once or twice per week. It usually shows up to say hello at extremely inconvenient moments, though, so my part of the conversation is not something you wouild like a child to listen to. I have not seen the keyboard error, though. Sound funny. When other people explain it, that is

Hi!
While Microsoft OS's are hardly ideal, I found Win XP to be really stable and I havent seen the BSOD since I migrated to it.

Neither do I I have however experienced extensive driver prolems with SP1 for USB2.0, Graphics driver problems and SATA hard disks. There's allways a few bugs with XP when I update my drivers I think. Other than that it runs pretty smoothly.
Cheers!
