Primarch, whichever army you chose will result in a massive dent in the demand curve....if you were to select Squats, for example, they'd really become extinct, other than at your place and in minute isolated pockets (Mojarn, Tuffskull, self, etc.)....
I think that if there's one army which really fits your style (or scale) of acquisition: Tyranids. A hive fleet is something designed to Primarchical scale. Go for the bugs!

I vote for the Bugs.
They're still hovering around on my "to do" list after the diary that never happened & seeing a force of them the likes of which only you usualy collect might give me some inspiration.
Plus as already said, they really suit your style of collecting!

My 'serious' vote goes for Orks. They are a galzy wide infestation and should be able to swamp all the other armies in a tide of green!
My not 'serious'votes goes to the Tau, as this will create lower GW prices for all. My convoluted reasoning goes thus. FW will suddenly see a huge spike in demand for Epic Tau. As this surge in demand goes unabated for several months, they open a new factory and shift to their next level of business plan that operates on larger volumes, but smaller profit margins per item. As FW products come down in prices, GW can do nothing to reign in this renegade internal faction and are forced to lower their own prices to avoid a wholesale shift in sale patterns. And therefore all models are cheaper for everyone, everywhere!
