Just recieved a letter (and $!) from Tas, this afteroon. He has made landfall in San Diego, CA.

If you can read this, I sent your XMAS G/W CARE Package Priority Mail today! :laugh: ?

He sounds like he's having a good time! I'd expect nothing less! :laugh:

Maksim, how did the GZG arrive? ?

They're nice models and I know you like "proxy" units, but with G/W releasing Stormtroopers etc., I'll buy those instead. I figured you'd like the GZG! :D

I'm fond of proxies like Primarch.

I still need to cut you a check. Sorry. I had some real crazy stuff happen with those poor children I'm teaching right now. One of the children was kicked out of her home and that child is really messed up right now. The work AKA social services of being a teacher are neverending. I had to call CPS (child Protective Services) too this week.

I gotta admire you Maksim! Anyone in teaching of any sort deserves a LOAD of respect!

I like the idea of using GZG troops for IG storm troopers. Very good idea.

Wow Maksim,
poor kid, must be real tough. I'm just a lecturer, and the people I teach, or as I put it, preach to are mostly over 18s, and I'll echo Primarch in saying \i have a load of respect fort teachers - I could never be good at that sort of stuff.

well, I have absolutely no plans of becoming a teacher, but I do find myself surrounded by them - my mum, sister, 2 aunts & 2 good friends are all teachers or studying teaching.

I was asked to be a lecturer for the programming courses at Dacorum college at one point.

But as I was only 17, I thought it was unethical for me to be in charge of a class half of whom were older than me.

Well, I guess that it is time to own up... I am actually a 'teacher' too (technically, a lecturer. 'Teacher' implies that they learn something!).
