just spotted this;

All pre-rendered, and not giving much away - but i did like the mid-90s Space Hulk games so hoping this follows on that tradition.

Odd choice of music
Robert Rodriguez must have been involved ;D

I'm assuming it's just another expansion to the current computerised Space Hulk edition.

The game's not bad, but has a few flaws if you play it for very long. That music though, that music... Instantly put me off buying it. I'd rather listen to a German jazz trio.

In the grim dark future of the 41st millennium there is only... El Mariachi!

Odd choice of music but better than another film soundtrack-style piece with lots of martial drums and dramatic horns. Screw that!

It says on the youtube blurb that it's a first person shooter so while I enjoyed the video I'm disappointed that it won't be the game we know. That said, as Doomkitten has mentioned there is something like that already that you can buy.

Deathwing were based on American Indian iconography, so an American/Mexican Western movie style sound track actually fits in an unexpected way I think.

I also enjoy the shot of the squad at 1:32: a sergeant, 3 heavies and some schlub with a storm bolter.

For a second there I thought GW got its sense of humour back, but then I thought that this is probably what the accountants derived from a focus group to be what goes down with the kids nowadays.

Fairly sure GW is not behind marketing for this. Should be the publisher Focus Interactive, no?

You are right of course. I wonder what music GW would've chosen.

I thought GW didn't do focus groups or listen to consumer feedback, think the former GW top guy even prided himself on the fact they didn't need to (in his opinion!)?
