Hi All

Apologies for being away, or more specifically dropping off the face of the Earth.

Specifics for the past 6 months:
- Marriage Seperation
- Full time care of my 3 y/o daughter
- Continued my job, quit and then continued again in my same job (gotta change this though)
- relieved myself of many 'empty pursuits'.
- Got into weight training that has taken up most of my spare time (full steam ahead)
- Tried to recoup what I could of my marriage while trying to understand what went wrong (ongoing)
- Decided to sign up to become a Personal Trainer to change my view on life (Start Nov)
- Thought about renting my house out and renting an apartment near a beach (undecided)
- Trying to start up a new business (ongoing - slowly)
- Just getting on with life

I plan to do a catch up this weekend (reading threrads) and see what or who needs what or what my relevance is here (if any).

- Not here to step on toes or change the world.
- If I am needed I will help out.
- If I am not needed I will be happy to be a bystander
- Not interested in the politics - life is too short

Frog!!! Keep on keepin on brother, sorry to hear about all the crap dumping on you, glad to see you posting again. I too have taken up weight training, and love it. I have learned to love being sore the days after a workout, keep going after your personal trainer license that should be awesome to have.

Great to see you back! Me and others had missed you and been wondering where you'd got to. Sorry to hear you've been through some difficult times! Best of luck with everything!
