might want to try the standard support, customers, contact email addresses. A bit of a hail mary but might come up with a hit |

I've had the same issue. I've had some paints on order from them for over three weeks now, and up until thursday, they were marked as "processing". I've just received a refund from them, so I assume they didn't have some of the paints I ordered in stock, but I know when I ordered them they were all marked as high availability and, going back to check, they all still are. Methinks they have some miscommunication betwix't their warehouse and web store. |

Is it really impossible to run a decent wargames store in the UK? Does any other industry have this kind of poor retail issue? |

It seems that this industry is one of the worst, and I really don't see why... I think that they are trying to bite too big chunk in one go... specializing might be the way, but that won't make you rich. |

I'd recommend firestorm in Cardiff or Wargamestore in Chester |

I often hear the argument/excuse that it's not that person's main business and life or the day job got super busy... Might help to label your website with something like "Only operates on rainy weekends" ![]() |

So Wayland going down hill the same as Maelstrom. I spent alot of money with maelstrom and always received good service right up to the end. Like elsmore i like to get as many hobby items as i can from one source at the same time. So who's the best retailer to go to at the moment ? Or is it just best to go direct to the originating company. I have been reluctant to make an order since maelstroms collapse. |
