| Is it wrong that I kind of want one of these.... Attachment: I think that they missed a trick in not making the bionic eye a laser pointer, though. | |

| well, you know O-man's reaction. should definetly have a laser pointer in it though. looking at the tape, i think it's only marked in inches, thus making it unsuable for epic. | |

| I wonder if it might be possible to open it and replace the tape with a cm or dual one? It does look cool...3 | |

I would be very surprised if this was not just a regular £1 tape measure in a fancy GW package. I have a bad feeling that it will feel cheap in hand, though. If I was a carpenter, I would so buy a few of those for my tool box. How long will it be before GW stops using inches and cm and switches to a unique unit of measurement, and therefore requires use of their tape measures?

| As with Spain? They have all in cm but if they roll a dice for eg consolidation moves they have to look on a table as the dice rolls are in inches (it doesn't say so it just translates it into cm). Now they translated to inches but called it Movement Units Unbelievable? Look here: http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthrea ... DA-missing! | |

| GW.... I WAS JOKING!! ![Headbang :{[]](./images/smilies/headbang.gif) The use of 'movement units' is common in ancient games, to allow you to play at different scales. 28mm; 1MU = 1 inch 15mm; 1 MU = 1/2 inch 10mm; 1MU = 1cm Reading that post, it does seem that the previous version was worse, where units move 30cm but fall back 3D6 inches. | |

Lol I gave in and bought one when I popped into a GW for the first time in yonks, curious to see what a Storm Talon looks like in real life (better than I expected). It'll likely be some time till I get a chance to take it apart, hopefully switch the tape measure and then paint it to look better though (more boney for a start). I'm 300ish km into a 1,100ish km bicycle tour to Brisbane at the moment and I'm not sure where I'd get a screw driver and new tape measure on the way. If I do I'll let you guys know.
