Just following some of the threads on Dakka around the US Gamesday and in one of the seminars there is talk about new rules for BFG in IA10 with a small chance of a new model or two. More info here:

As for the pictures of the 40k scale Phantom Titan, it's huge! The base they had it on was 2x2 foot. Apocalypse games are going to be silly when they release the 40k scale warlord. Phantom here:

More of a current misconception which seems to be that every army in Rogue Trader consisted of 2 squats with toughness 15 force fields and homing autodestructive 50" blast vortex missiles on jetboards...

True but the formation names and unit compositions are good :)
The rules for the legendary units are okay.
The special rules for the formations are silly sometimes :D
