Woo Hoo! Fanatic Mag Issue 01 just arrived with me, more than a week early!
Very nice. Not the quality cover of WD, but otherwise an excellent publication!
More to follow.

I guess you get it for having been subscribed to one of the old mags as I didn't see it in the online store.

You have to ring 'em for a copy, it isn't on the online store until issue #2.

I am not subscribed to any current mags. My guess is that WD subscribers get ehtier copy with the next WD, which should be out for subscribers soon. I advanced ordered my copy of Fanatic Mag and while it goes on sale on May 4th, they must be send out advanced copies already.
As far as I know, US will have to wait about three months for the magazine. Over in the issues 1-3 are every two months, with issue 4 onwards every months. US starts later, but will be every month, and by issue 4 both the US and UK should be in harmony (in theory).

Bah, I just phoned UKMO to order some dreads, hunters and fanatic no.1, but I was told it is not available to advance order from them, but that I should be able to pick up a copy at the start of May. Looks like I'll have to wait 'til then.
BTW the guy I was speaking too was on about constucting an army where he could upgrade a character to a dreadnought. Guess it's a chaos option, but I don't really like chaos armies so I've not been following their development. Sounds cool though.

I forgot all about the mag. I'll have to wait till it comes out in the shops now. And a subscription maybe out of the question as I'm trying to save for a new bike.

Maybe I just got through to a guy who didn't really know what was going on with Fanatic. Pain in the bee-hind though. Guess I'll try again if I order anything else before it's released.

poo. I won't be getting issue 1, then. I hate speaking foreign language in the phone; changes of being misunderstood are about tenfold...
Unless, of course, some kind soul acts as a proxy...
Edit: I see c-r-a-p is in the list of naughty words.
