Fantastic pic. Quite a bit of snow here as well. Not as much as a couple of hundred kilometres further north where my parents live though: They got almost 1 m of snow in some areas.  :sulk:

You see, that's what our British media needs: a bit of perspective!  :p

Still, you can't bless the papers and ITN for getting carried away, all they've had to report for the last year is the Credit Crunch...

Yes, there's snow everywhere, yes it's cold, but A) it's the middle of WINTER for frak's sake  :grin:  and B) there are parts of the UK that get very heavy snow every winter, that doesn't dominate the news...


Having said that, I'm enjoying the snow, well mainly watching my little boy and step-son enjoy it!

As a boy I remember towers of frozen snow and ice in Oklahoma (generally regarded as a southern state) for weeks at a time. In my perspective, this is a tentative return to normal.
