I can be rather short tempered when it comes to GW. But then I do have to give them accolade when they sort things out.
I got this Thunderhawk and e-mailed to get some spares that was missing. Got some non-appreciative answer about having to sort it out myself.
Forgot this and tried again half a year later.
This time they said they'll sort it and I happily told them what parts where missing.
They said that the next time I would have to buy a new if this happened again.
Something I didn't really understand how they meant, until I got UPS at the door today and found a brand spanking new Thunderhawk coming my way!
That's customer service!
