I contacted Wintermute, he was not aware that the Epic rulebook was available for free online, and is now reviewing the situation.

That's just silly.  I can understand them not wanting to have point values for 40K and WFB because that's where GW seems to draw the line.  But outside that, everything from unit stats to force org is available from GW online.

Heck, for that matter a friend of mine gave me a small high elf army for WFB and in looking at their website to try to figure out what I had I deduced about 90% of the army list point costs from their example armies.  Throw in a few fan sites with the "post your favorite armies" threads and I'm pretty sure I could recreate nearly any army list for any of their games within an hour or so.
