Hi!
Few days ago 10 complete infantry sprues were sold on ebay.co.uk for 72 Pounds.
So 5 Sprues should be worth half that!
Lot of money though for infantry....
made me change my mind about getting a Tyranid force!

Digging around I appear to have found two untouched Tyranid Swarm boxes (I assume they came with five sprues). Anyone have a realistic idea what these are worth? eBay seems to have some really ridiculous amounts for half done sprues which has to be some sort of market irregularity. |

Yes...nid stuff in general seems to be worth a ridiculous amount at the moment; it's pretty hard to get...thus the reason i'll be sculpting all my infantry and casting them myself...not to mention converting bigger beasties from the new 40k nids...but that's a while in the future. OF course; if you're happy to part with those sprues for say, a tenner, then i'll happily relieve you of them! ;-) R> |

Since March I've spent just over £100 getting a nid force together from scratch (well I had a Dominatrix) and have yet to get the metal large beasties - Haruspex etc but plan to convert them from 40k scale gaunts. D. |

They were going for ~15USD per sprue or just a touch less (which is about the same as the 7GBP price mspaetuf posted) in eBay. Recently, though I've seen several go for more like 10USD. I saw one that went for less than that in the past couple weeks but I suspect that's just one of those unusual deals rather than indicative of a serious downturn in price. |

Supply problem. You should sell them before rumors of Tyranid re-release begin. And no, I don't know anything, just citing a lesson of the chaos space marines. |

I just noticed that tehre are currently a load of nids on ebay (like 2 pages of lots) so we may be seeing a brief spurt in supply. If your thinking of ebay id see the prices there- there may be an artificially low market with the volume of lots i saw. |
