Nice film, good fun. Ginger if you haven't seen it its your Christmas present (since it cost me 40pence in a pirate DVD shop, yar har har - well they are all pirate shops here, its yours for your love of those rickety flying machines!). And yes, despite being yanks pretty much everyone dies, such is the way of WWI air combat! |

I got this DVD last week actually. ?Gee Fokker Tripes arent nearly as easy to kill on my gaming table! Theres a bit of romantic sidestoryline, but it doesnt get in the way too much of the up-tiddly upping. ?A good fun flick worth checking out ?  My favourite WW1 flick EVER is still "Dawn Patrol' (1938) starring Eroll Flynn and David Niven. And to beat "The Blue Max" is quite an achievement. And of course we have "The Red Baron" coming out next year too!  |
