Yep. Might I sugggest you get another gyrostabilised cabinet for your minis. Or should that be a container?  :;):

Oh, and did you get the "Double Fighter Knight"?

Looks like an approach to the subject that could be excellent.

Actually hold that thought - don't tell me this is another one of those infernal 'collectible' games where you can't buy exactly what figures you want?    If it is forget it IMHO.

Nope, not heard of that. I was contemplating Mongoose's naval game.

And yes, that is a collectible game (the A&A, not Mongoose's game). Unfortunately.  :(

It is a collectable type game with Starters and Boosters.

The ships do not look that good either IMO.

http://www.tabletopgamingnews.com/?p=5750#more-5750

But if you do not mind toy-like minis and dealing with "Rare" and "Common" ships then it might not be too bad.

Interesting, thanks guys and for the link Dafrca.
I am more into toy type gaming my kids can touch these days, though this wont pique their interest as much as Pirates or Dino Huntings

Mojarn - which is Mongoose's naval game?
cheers!

Victory at Sea.

It's based on Babylon5 mechanics so it's definitely not a simulation but I'm not looking for a game where I need a computer to do the number crunching anyway.  :)

And I doubt either game will have Ilmarinen and V?in?m?inen.  :;):

Ahhh...

I used to be a naval wargaming addict, but have given it away except for the odd War Galley or Napoleonic style game. ?
Its too much like work!

What are carriers doing in the battle? Surely you leave them miles back and let the planes and warships do the work :S.

Suppose things don't always go to plan though.
