Strange. In addition to sending the reply twice I also sent you draft rules (Net Epic) for the PSI titan warp cannon for comments. I take it you didn't get those either. 
I'll PM you about the order and include the rules draft so you can comment it. If it is decent enough I'll try to write some fluff for Divisio Telepathica in general and then submit the whole heap to Incoming!.
