Thanks for the thumbs up E&C, Frogbear and Chroma!  :agree:  :)

Sweet, but it feels weird having a FW with a Shuriken Catapult. Isn't the trigger psychically (sp?) activated?

Yup - he's a hardened veteran FW; likes to use the shuriken catapult when getting up-close and personal. :)

As for the psychic trigger... I didn't realise that! A lot of my 40k knowledge is kinda based on 2nd ed fluff.

Stug, the tank pic is great! Hopefully it is already sent to E&C for inclusion into The Siege .

Though isn't the Chainsword a bit big on Commissar (though granted GW tends to "enhance" these things)?

Cheers Hena! :)

It could be used in Siege, I hadn't thought of that!  :agree:

And yes his Chainsword is big, maybe it's making up for something?

I've almost finished this now, just gotta add some battle-damage to Mr Tau and maybe some Eldar loot/devices.

Might I suggest some battle damage to that Eldar Dreadnought on ground?

This is my final finished version. About 3hrs work all-told.

Battle-Hardened

This Shas'O likes using his looted shuriken catapult when getting up-close and personal. :)

Oh, and he took out the Eldar Dread with an EMP grenade. ;)

They are just awesome.

At what age did you realise you could actually draw, and then decide to take it to the next level?

Great work!

I love the shading & the pose on the Tau.  It really gives the pic a more threatening feel.

Keep it up StuG!

CHeers Frogbear!

I've always been 'arty'. Went through school doing art as one of my main subjects, then went onto A-level art and then Foundation-level at college. So I suppose you could say I've been arty for about 28 years!  :D

More recently I've been realising that since I've got the ability, I should be using it more not only as a hobby but also as a means of make a bit of cash through commission work.

Yet another fantastic image Stug

Is this a commission piece or would I be able to use it for the Tau book in NetEpic Gold?
