CS, the only other one (movie) I can think of is 'Paycheck', is that the one you are thinking of?

There are a dozen or so of varying quality:

The ones you would probably know are:

Blade runner/Do Androids Dream...
Paycheck
Minority Report
Total Recal/We Can Remember...
A Scanner Darkly

Thank goodness! I was going crazy trying to remember the film. That is the one that I was thinking of. Thanks!

my most memorable PKD novels were Ubik (1969) and Radio Free Albemuth (posthumously in 1985). Confusion and paranoia! Gods but that man could see where we were going...

BTW Blade Runner, Total Recall and Minority Report did Dick justice. They are better that the manuscript, but would not have happened but for his vision.

Someday they will film Fredrick Pohl's "Gateway" and H.Beam Piper "Little Fuzzy" to remind up what defines humanity.

Hena ... My Avatar is the insignia of Hammer's Rgt, also known as Hammer's Slammers !   Drake's series of stories/books/novels are IMO the best Mil/Sci-Fi going for Grunts/AFVs/FA !  I'm a true Slammer  Fanboy/Fanatic !  Got all the books/handbooks, the Mayfair OOP game, and soon hopefully 6mm Slammers !  I know they'd kick any G/W-F/W armies butts (if I commanded them in a game !) IMO ...  :D  Back on topic ... I did not realize so many movies were based on Dick's writings ... that has to count for something ! :D

Aaah, Ubik! Best PK Dick's novel in my opinion. Those who dislike Dick should give it a try, and those who like him should definitely read it.

Clans of the Alphane Moon is also one of my favorites (a whole planet turned into a madhouse) and well worth a read.
